Today, I delivered at presentation to the National Organizations Volunteerism Network (NOVN) about AVRM and the work that is being conducted.  As the second anniversary of the organization approaches on March 5^th, this was a unique opportunity to discuss the philosophy, history and the organization’s direction of strategic growth as it grows into a vibrant organization.
